Humble Joes Chophouse

[ 0 ] December 6, 2013 |

This is Humble Joe’s first chophouse menu. Introduced first at the Anderson

location, it will be followed by the Hartnell and Westwood locations soon.

What is a Chophouse?   Chophouse is an old American term for exactly what

we call a steakhouse today. A menu built around meat as the center of the

plate. One of the main differences between steakhouses is, of course, quality.

We made a commitment to bring our customers fine steakhouse quality

offerings at affordable prices.

So why Humble Joe’s Chophouse?

Obviously, we are proud to serve the best but first…We buy the best.

Certified Angus Beef is the brand that ensures the finest beef available. Less

than 8% of all beef will be accepted. Some people think Angus is Angus and

all Angus is the same but that’s not true. Only 1 in 4 Angus will be accepted

as Certified Angus Beef. It is the top tier of choice and prime. Knowing

an establishment serves Certified Angus Beef is the best guarantee a beef

lover could want. For that reason it is also the best guarantee a Chophouse

proprietor could want. It is consistently tender, juicy and flavorful. With

White Marble Farms pork and Mary’s Free Range Natural Chicken we are

committed to uncompromising standards.
